Environmental Issues

Manufacturing is not typically an environmentally friendly environment; however, due to our client base we have spent many years looking at how we can reduce our carbon footprint and use more recycled and recyclable materials.

Alongside our everyday materials such as recycled foamex some of the more unusual products we use have included sheet materials made from crushed car headlights, recycled £10 notes, fabrics from respun plastic milk cartons and recycled yoghurt pots.

The timber we use is FSC accredited and where possible we source from local estates.  We also use reclaimed and fallen timbers, again from local estates.

Our in house spray booth uses a heat recovery programme and will switch off when not in use and is fitted with double filters.
